February 18, 2015 — Various schools along Taft Avenue urge the call for truth and accountability over the bloodshed that happened in Tukanalipao, Mamasapano, Maguindanao. As the Congress cancelled the scheduled investigation on the role of the U.S. in the misencounter, Youth for Accountability and Truth Now! (Youth Act Now!) – Metro Manila led students and teachers of Adamson University, Manila Science High School, Sta. Isabel College, and Manila Public Schools Association in simultaneous candle lighting activities. Students and teachers called upon President Aquino to hold his government responsible for the Mamasapano incident and other issues such as DAP, MRT/LRT fare hike, and Typhoon Yolanda rehabilitation. Youth Act Now – Manila exhorts the public to be more vigilant and critical against the administration’s whitewashing and cover-up as U.S. involvement over the SAF operation become more blatant. “The president will twist cartilages and break bones in order to get away with this fiasco and the people should be vigilant about this. This only goes to show that he is already unfot to govern. He must go,” Youth Act Now! – Metro Manila Spokesperson Christian Lloyd Magsoy said. src=”http://tudlaproductions.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/MULA-PHOTOS-6-1024×682.jpg” alt=”MULA PHOTOS-6″ width=”1024″ height=”682″ /> MULA PHOTOS-10 MULA PHOTOS-2 MULA PHOTOS-3MULA PHOTOS-5MULA PHOTOS-11 MULA PHOTOS-12 MULA PHOTOS-13 MULA PHOTOS
